Automation & Integrations Engineer

Connect the tools businesses already use and automate the repetitive work between them — leads, documents, notifications, reports and more.
What you'll do
- Map client processes and identify what can be automated
- Build workflows connecting CRMs, spreadsheets, email, WhatsApp and internal tools
- Write scripts and small services where no-code tools aren't enough
- Add AI steps such as classification, extraction and summarisation to workflows
- Document workflows and make sure they fail safely
What we're looking for
- Experience with Python or JavaScript scripting
- Good understanding of APIs, webhooks and JSON
- Logical, process-oriented thinking
- Ability to explain technical work to non-technical people
Nice to have
- Experience with tools such as n8n, Make or Zapier
- Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 automation
- Experience with CRMs
