AI Engineer — LLMs & Agents

Design and build AI agents, assistants and LLM-powered workflows that solve real business problems for our clients — from prototype to production.
What you'll do
- Build AI agents and assistants using large language models, tools and retrieval (RAG)
- Design prompts, evaluation sets and guardrails so systems behave reliably
- Integrate AI features with client systems through APIs, databases and webhooks
- Deploy, monitor and improve systems based on real usage
- Work directly with clients to understand their workflows and constraints
What we're looking for
- Strong Python or TypeScript skills
- Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq or open-source models)
- Understanding of embeddings, vector search and retrieval-augmented generation
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Clear written and spoken communication
Nice to have
- Experience with agent frameworks or multi-agent systems
- Voice AI or telephony experience
- Projects you can show on GitHub or in production
